Angry Birds Seasons: Halloween
In October 2010, Rovio Mobile, the makers of the game, launched a special Halloween stand-alone edition exclusively for the Apple iOS. This new frightful and ghastly edition brought 45 new levels of terrifying fun to haunt dedicated Angry Birds gamers. New eerie backgrounds, spooky music, hundreds of new pigs in costumes, pumpkins and new hideouts were added for a smashing good time!
Angry Birds Seasons was introduced to the public in December 2010 and it featured 25 new Christmas levels that were programmed to be played once a day, leading up to the holiday. The Christmas edition was titled “Season’s Greedings”. Angry Birds Halloween was then incorporated into Seasons and aptly titled “Trick or Treat”. Since early 2011, new updates have been added to Angry Birds Seasons, including a Valentine’s Day theme titled “Hogs and Kisses”, a St. Patrick’s Day theme titled “Go Green, Get Lucky”, an Easter Day theme titled “Easter Eggs” and a Summer theme titled “Summer Pignic”. In September 2011, a Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival theme titled “Mooncake Festival” was the latest update to be added.
